I sincerely appreciate the systems that y'all have put in place to try to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2. I was very impressed with the execution of these systems at my last visit, and posteda glowing review to a local group that is trying to identify compliant businesses to patronize ( I know that one person scheduled a new patient exam as a result of my review).
With that being said, I was very disappointed to see the technician who helped me yesterday struggling to keep her mask in place. It kept falling down and she was constantly having to tug it back into position. I was uncomfortable that someone was touching her face repeatedly and then handling my glasses.
I would encourage you to look into providing better fitting masks to help alleviate this problem, and remind your staff of the importance of practicing hand hygiene anytime they touch their face.

This is a concern we take very seriously to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Although masks may stretch overtime with normal wear, we have taken the measurements necessary to ensure we have all types of proper fitting masks to meet our staff's needs.
