I sincerely appreciate the systems that y'all have put in place to try to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2. I was very impressed with the execution of these systems at my last visit, and posteda glowing review to a local group that is trying to identify compliant businesses to patronize ( I know that one person scheduled a new patient exam as a result of my review).
With that being said, I was very disappointed to see the technician who helped me yesterday struggling to keep her mask in place. It kept falling down and she was constantly having to tug it back into position. I was uncomfortable that someone was touching her face repeatedly and then handling my glasses.
I would encourage you to look into providing better fitting masks to help alleviate this problem, and remind your staff of the importance of practicing hand hygiene anytime they touch their face.

We sincerely apologize that you had this experience as we are very aware of the concern this would cause and the importance of having staff with proper functioning masks to ensure proper hygiene. This is a concern we take very seriously to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Although masks may stretch overtime with normal wear, we have taken the measurements necessary to ensure we have all types of proper fitting masks to meet our staff's needs. We have also re-educated our staff of practicing proper hygiene as well. Again, thank you so much for the feedback. We look forward to to serving your future needs!

I have been going here many years with my children and now grandchildren. They are easy to talk to, caring, efficient! Dr Amy has alway gotten the kids prescription correct on the first visit. And I find she is interested in the kids as the grow older.
