Thankfully I came in an hour early because of weather conditions and I had forgotten to update my phone number because the clinic was trying to close as I arrived. They were kind enough to see us to change a splint on a broken radius that was bothering my dog with the best of care and no complaints at all.

Our visit at Love Pet Hospital, with Dr. Frigo (sp?), was great. The staff was very professional and our tech and vet were both calm, soft-spoken and very understanding of Emmy's fear issues. I was so pleased and appreciative.

Dr. Davenport is always great. I love the way the staff and the Dr. handle my cat. They are very gentle and caring.

It is a long drive for me to come to Love Pet Hospital, but it is well worth it. I recommend you all, all the time.

Had such a great visit. Wonderful, caring staff across the board. Extremely knowledgeable and professional veterinarian care with so many effective alternate approaches to meeting my dog's health needs. I left feeling calmer and more secure about my dog's condition. I know our pack is in good hands at Love Pet. Thanks a bunch for all that y'all do!!

Tiggy was very helpful and friendly! I called in the morning and picked up my dog's flea and heartworm preventatives that evening. Nothing but great care from Love Pet Hospital!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Davenport. She is the only vet that I will trust with my pups. She has cured my pups of an endless list of injuries and ailments - I am beyond grateful that I found her at Love Pet Hospital.

My cat has been a patient for four years now and we have always enjoyed our visits. His last one, a few days ago, was a follow-up from his annual December check-up. The doctor called with results from his bloodwork and asked that he return for an additional blood draw. She said to request a tech appointment so that no charge would be required. There was no mention of a charge for the testing. We went for the appointment and at check-out was asked for payment. Unfortunately, I was not prepared and explained my discussion with the doctor a few days earlier. The doctor came out to clarify the charge and offered me the opportunity to pay later but was obviously perplexed at my ignorance about testing charges. It was certainly a minor misunderstanding on my part, but I would have appreciated a more clearer explanation of the costs involved. I was able to make the payment before leaving the pet hospital, thankfully; however, I feel the communication from the doctor needs improvement. As a new pet owner, I want the best care for my cat and would appreciate consideration that there are many things about his care that are not common knowledge to me.

I've been very happy with Love pet hospital. They take great care of my dog and are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Wisbrock is a wonderful vet; he takes time to answer all of my questions and is very gentle.
