Dr. W is always patient and caring. He takes the time to adequately explain things. He handles my very difficult cat without upsetting her.
The final checkout process usually is slow and needs work.

An absolute joy to do business with, from the doc/owner to the gals who answer the phones. Dr. Wisbrok is amazingly gentle with my kissing/clawing, hostile kitty who has cancer. He had gone above and beyond with advice and follow-up to help me make decisions for her care.

Dr. W. was awesome as usual. Love's has always been a great experience for my family and all of our various pets. Thank you!!!! BTW Dr. Wisbrock, Bailey was fine before we even left the office.

I love Love Pet Hospital! The doctors are thorough and knowledgeable and the staff is as well. They all do their jobs very well and are easy to get along with!

I already did this survey and highly commended Dr. Vance for her handling of Sunita, our cat---[NOT Bandit, one of our dogs, who was seen earlier in the year.]
I also found the assistant staff and Receptionists to be most helpful. The latter should have name plates on the desk in front of them. We know some of their voices on the phone, but the name plates would really help us, your clients.
