I stumbled upon the Love Salon when I needed a very last minute touch up. I have a multitude of options much closer to my home . However, I find myself returning to this salon for several reasons:
1. Customer Service: There is a consistency of outstanding customer service. It starts at the front desk and permeates to every staff member. I am a business owner and my expectations are very high. I find myself intrigued by the pattern of excellence.
2. Competence:
I have had multiple treatments from multiple colorists/stylists and have yet to be disappointed.
3. Character: Is it in the water? Each staff member who has treated me has shown an interest/passion for what they are doing.
The pandemic has weeded out business owners. The businesses with the growth mindset and interest in staying relevant will survive and prosper. Way to go!!!!

Cynthia did a great job with my haircut! She is very talented. Cynthia took time time to listen to me with my consultation. She has a wonderful bubbly personality, and made it an enjoyable experience. I will recommend her to my friends!

Always a positive experience at Love! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming. Tony cut my hair. He sat down with me and talked through what I was thinking of doing. I left the salon with the perfect cut for me!
