The dentist, Dr. Perez, spent little to no time with me (the parent) before scolding me about my child eating constant sugar. She asked what he had been eating, and then did not even give me the chance to answer. My 8-year-old had 4 teeth extracted, and he insists that he was awake and screaming during the whole ordeal. He was completely traumatized and in pain the entire day - Tylenol was not cutting it.

Then I got a surprise when the treatment was discussed with me. I had gone to another Lovett Dental location, and they had told me that the treatment would only be my $5.00 copay. I was not expecting for it to cost $2,000!

My son was seen very quickly. His teeth were brushed and then he was given a fluoride treatment. The total cost was $45 and he was only seen for about 10 min. The Denist maybe spent 1 min looking at him and 3 min answering my husbands questions. I went home feeling like it was a complete wase of money. Called my insurance company and they said that I was overcharged and I should have only paid $5. Called the company and they said I have to wait 4-8 weeks to get reimbursed. So I called corporate and now I have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my money back. Worst experience possible. Would I go back, absolutely not.

The hygienist didn't even do a proper cleaning, she spent like 5 minutes max, and that was it. The Chinese dentist barely talks to you. And they keep pushing you to spend more money for dental services. Worst dentist I've been to.

I went in for my first time, just for a general checkup and regular cleaning.

I felt like my first experience there was lacking. I felt like Dr. Nathan hardly looked at my mouth before making an assessment, granted I'm sure he knows what he's doing, I just felt like he looked at my mouth for 30 seconds, said "No cavaties" and moved on.

The assistant who cleaned my teeth was very friendly, but I still had stains on the back of my teeth when I left. The cleaning only took about 10 minutes, and I felt there was a lot of more work they could have done. I'll give Lovett one more chance on my December visit before I switch dentists.

I will not come back to this location for any reason. I was there to see the specialist for a root canal and my service did not meet the standards I was told to expect. The assistant that took my X-rays was not familiar with the equipment and due to their actions caused scratches to form under my tongue. In addition the doctor was not as pleasant with me. Lastly, the microscope machine was not working and the doctor had to use the overhead light from another device.
