Not pleased with my 2nd visit. Unfortunately I have already signed financial contract which states that if I break contract then I'm charged a pretty hefty penalty. But since Baytown is the only location that is somewhat near my house that works with my Fridays for ortho. But I was not pleased in several different levels from the front desk to the assistant that called us back to the other assist that did the xrays a dental molds. Since my 1st visit was not a complete visit because their xray machine was down, orthodontist told me he would be able tell me a bit more about treatment after reviewing xrays. But unfortunately I never got to spk w/ Dr on my 2nd visit. I had insisted that I had questions and dental assistant seemed unsure so he consult with another assistant about my questions and she seemed irritated and never once smiled. Finally they both asked dr my question and come to find out a 3rd mold was needed to send out for an appliance. They were going to let's us go without even knowing what was ALL needed on this visit. Luckily I was insistent on not leaving until my question was asked, it probably saved me an unnecessary visit where they would have to apologize to me for not getting the headgear because they didnt make the extra mold to send out to lab. Not to mention someone from front desk came to the back to figure out what was taking so long and why I hadn't checked out yet. It made me feel like they are rushing to get you in and out with no regard of quality of service. When we were finally done with everything and I was checking out and still got the feeling of being a bother. There is no friendliness at front desk, dental assistant doesn't smile or greet you when she calls you back. Assistants all spoke Spanish in the back which I thought was rude talking amongst themselves about my visit. Just because I wasn't speaking Spanish dosent mean I dont know Spanish. I am hispanic and I can understand and spk it but for them to assume is wrong. Luckily they didnt say anything that was really upsetting or offensive. I was more irritated that they seem upset cause I had questions and I was not turning out to be the rush job that they anticipated. I hope this is not going to be how the next 2 years of ortho appts are going to be. If so I'm going to have to have a talk with Dr. And office manager or whoever else is in charge. This is why I absolutely despise big chain companies but I had no choice due to my insurance. This Lovette Dental location needs a big change in customer service and how to make patients feel welcomed. A smile to everyone that enter your location is not hard geez you work in dentistry/ ortho this should be mandated.

As always the dental hygienist (Chelsea) was amazing, as she was very gental and informative! She has great people skills with her patient's that makes her one that people can trust! The rest of the team there are great too!
