No wait time. Everyone is very welcoming and patient. I have teeth sensitively issues and the team was very compassionate and focused on making my visit comfortable. Also the team is very knowledgeable and informative.

I was not happy with the manager who explained my benefits. He was very rude and refused for me to see my previous treatment plan. I waited 1 hr and 30 min before seeing the dentist. Overall not happy and will not be back just because of the Hispanic male manger who was very rude and unprofessional. He should learn better manners when it comes to patient care and customer satisfaction.

Experience was very friendly, with a great staff. Scheduling was a very easy process. Procedure was painless and the dentist explained all the steps to be taken.

Long wait, placed with different doctor I didn't know, staff unsure what my appointment was for, facility not stocked with the right tools needed for my visit so the doc had to modify something to make it work, and when I had billing questions they were not able to pull up a copy of the treatment plan I signed.

Nobody likes a visit to the dentist but the staff made me think about changing my perception. I had oral surgery and needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Obviously, I was not looking forward to it but I was quickly put at ease. Plus, the tooth came right out without any major issues. I will definitely coming back here.
