Staff was friendly for the most part (front desk compared to back you saw a difference-front very nice and friendly and laughing. Back seemed unhappy)
Concerning how X-rays got mixed up and mine was gone yet someone elses was in my file.

I had an appointment at 3:30, made that day, but I didnt see the dentist until after 4pm. The staff is really nice but I often feel over charged.

After not being informed about Lovett cancelling my appt. in June. The rescheduled appt. went well, hope that I will not have to loss a day again for not being informed!!
