The hygienist refused to clean my teeth repeatedly during the time that I was in braces. Now that I am out of braces they want to charge me $600 for a "deep" cleaning that would not have been necessary had you done your job in the first place by doing the insurance covered cleanings. Seems to me that you provide less service so that you can run the bill up later. I have made a complaint through my insurance and will never use your services again. Additionally I will make certain to spread the word on how I have been mistreated.
