Doctor Rivera is amazing. The staff was amazing! I hate going to the dentist. I do not have the healthiest teeth or gums. So many dentist offices have made me feel worse about my self, my teeth and my gums. This office provided solutions in a strait forward and caring manner. I highly recommend this office and the dentist.

Great experience as always! Dr Rivera is great with my special needs granddaughter. It helps that he has an autistic son and knows how terrifying Dentist appointments are to some patients. The whole staff there are great, from Christina at the front desk to all the Dentist Assistants! Thank all of you for being so compassionate and understanding!

I arrived on time to my appointment and waited 50 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment to begin. I had to go ask if I would be seen anyth ime soon. Nobody took a moment to let me know they are running late.
The actual dentist did not clean my teeth. The assistant ran the entire appointment. After she was done I had to do another 15 minutes to wait and actually see the dentist. The assistant asked me if I wanted to come back in 6 months because the dentist is very busy right now. That would mean him not looking at my xrays or even looking into my mouth to make sure everything is ok. She was very nice and just stuck in the middle of it all. I simple cleaning and check up should not last nearly 2 hours.
I was punctual and respected their time. I expect the same.
I will not be returning.

I came in as an emergency and was treated as though I had had an appointment for the last month. Everyone was friendly and very kind. I had had an appointment with another dentist employed with a different group who had called and cancelled my appointment because they wanted the day off. Lovett is now the only ones I will go see.
