The dental work appears to be fine (I am not a dentist so I can not offer a professional opinion on the caliber of the work). However scheduling and the ability to get past check-in and into the back to begin the dental work always runs late! It is an annoyance and an inconvenience. There are no chargers or Wi-Fi information in the lounge. Our 1st experience pediatric dentist was 15-20 min late for the 1st appointment of the day (IE there was no one else on the schedule before us), 2nd experience we waited over 1 hr for a morning appointment, and our 3rd experience ran late by 30 minutes.
I think the ladies up front need more help! More man power, more digitized forms and less stress. To extend this review I also saw the adult dentist and that appointment too was also no scheduled well and it ran a lot longer that expected, because they have to verify my INS and provide and estimate of costs and get me to sign off. This reinforces that the front-end ladies need more man power to ensure the whole process goes well.
I am hopeful for future appointments, but I will be looking for other providers that accept our insurance.
