For me to give aa higher rating two things need to improve. 1. The wait time still needs to be reduced. 2. The reception staff need to be more friendly and not sitting there making outgoing calls all the time. I don't think that's very ethical to be talking about other patients in a public area, it should be done in a private office. However, I really like the dentist and the hygienist. They both did a great job which is the main thing.
I waited for a hour before I was seen by Dr. S. When Mrs. Brite found out how long I was waiting, she immediately rectified the situation. Dr. S and the staff at Lovett was very apologetic and took care of my needs. I was ready to leave but Im glad I didn't. I will definitely be back and recommending this place of business.
