Front desk receptionist was nice but had a tit-for-tat moment in front of me with the lady who was billing me and sch'g my next appt. The lady who handled my billing coverage was professional and friendly. The tech who ushered me to the room was telling me info about himself, singing which seemed not professional. When I asked for the name of the dentist he asked - quote- Why? Thought I misunderstood him repeating what I thought I heard and repeated - Why?. He reconfirmed asking me Why? b/c she'll introduced herself to me. I replied b/c I'd like to know - then he answered. I thought that wasn't necessary nor professional of him instead of simply saying the Dr's name. The dental assistant was friendly and Dr. Heft was nice. My overview was some of the younger staff need training on the do's and do not's of personable yet professional customer interaction. I'm old-school (friendly - not familiar; personable - not personal) demonstrating a welcoming and relaxing environment to new patients. I will return b/c the location is convenient and the Dr. was nice to continue the dental procedures. It's my opinion for this request.
There was no wait time upon my arrival. The front desk explained the type of procedure I was getting and my out of pocket expense from my insurance benefits. The dentist was very professional. As he conducted the procedure he explained exactly what he needed to do.
