Nope, nope, nope. If I did not have to go back for my permanent crown, I would not be going back. Although they did change gloves from room to room, they did not sanitized or wash their hands between the pervious patient and me. Makes me wonder how sterilized the instruments are. I also was upset when Dr. Tran would not allow me to have nitrous through the very worst part of the procedure, only for the injection part which does not bother me much. I have a bruised lip, and was not offered an itemized copy of my bill. I work in the medical field, and just did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling of a practice that actually takes the consumers comfort needs in hand. I would not recommend this place. I gave them one star because they accommodated me even though the apt desk scheduled me incorrectly,

I informed the staff beforehand that my son is severely autistic and they assured me it was fine. At the time of the appointment my son was unable to be seen due to behavior typical of an autistic child. They rescheduled us but I'm skeptical as to whether the dentist will be capable of thoroughly examining and cleaning his teeth as well as performing any other necessary procedures. I would have appreciated information specific to autistic children and dental care/visits or possibly a referral to a special needs dentist.
My daughter was told, not asked- told, she has cavities because she doesn't brush her teeth. This is completely untrue, she brushes her teeth twice daily like clockwork. Her father and I check her teeth after she brushes as well. Some people are more susceptible to cavities due to genetics, also certain medical conditions, medications, and nutrient deficiencies can cause cavities as well. It was not only rude but incredibly ignorant of the dentist to make such a statement. My daughter takes oral health seriously and felt humiliated by the experience. She left in tears.

As usual my experience is excellent. Of the front desk staff, Ivanie, manager, is not only professionally efficient but so friendly. Eric, orthodontist, Sabrina, hygienist, and Dr. Tran, dentist, are all nothing but the same. Everybody is awesome. I strongly recommend to whoever needs dental treatment.

My son was very scared of the dentist. He was crying and screaming and all the dentists and dental assistants cared about was that he was scaring the others kids. They would not give him time to calm down before they just said we have to reschedule. I will be finding a new dentist for my son

The staff and doctor were fantastic. Only problem was that the staff never called in my prescription and they try to rush you into getting the work done right away even though it is so expensive.

I ALWAYS ENJOY GETTING MY TEETH CLEANED HERE. MY HYGENIST DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE WATERPIK WATER FLOSSER IS AMAZING!
