Kept receiving Text about the scheduled appointment on a daily bases about one week prior and that's TOO REDUNDANT! Also the schedule time change on the text. Finally called Delta Dental and they told me that I have to mentioned "DO NOT CHANGE TIME" when I scheduled the appointment.
Noticed there are change of staff and wonder how come the company have trouble retaining staff!!

Before my last two visits the rating would be a 5! My last visit was painful and I feel the cleaning was not done appropriately. The hygienist seemed to not know what she was doing or how to properly use the equipment which resulted in pain. The vibrating plaque removal tool with water was the tool not used correctly. I have never experienced pain before. I almost left in the middle of my appointment. My hope is that a different hygienist is assigned on my next visit or I will move to another dentist.

They called me back right away and the cleaning was great. The only issue was that I had to wait a long time in between my cleaning to have the front desk staff come and make me sign papers before the dentist could do my filling. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
