We sincerely apologize that your visit did not go as (you or us) had expected. During the time frame that this was written, we had a relief veterinarian here to cover the shift of our normal doctor. Although, these veterinarians are very well qualified to care for our pets, they aren't as familiar with the protocols of the hospital and can get behind on time while in the process of trying to make sure they do everything to our standard of care. It is also challenging for these vets to take things step wise because they usually are not back in that same hospital to follow up with the next step should that need be there. Therefore it is possible that she/he wanted to make sure they covered all their bases when recommending treatment. As this review was anonymous I don't know all the ins and outs that lead to this review but hope to provide some insight as to what could have happened in this case. Regardless, of the scenario we always strive to provide the highest level of care and give all options to owners to allow them to make an informed decision and work together for what is best for that individual pet. Our goal is always to do this in a timely manner and be respectful of others schedules.

I knew I liked this vet when I brought my cat to be put down. I now have a puppy. The vet tech was amazing and really showed his love for animals. The doctor was fantastic. I was so impressed that she got down on the floor so the puppy would feel comfortable. I have found my vet for life.
We've seen all of the vets and most of the vet techs at Loving Family over the past 2 years, and they have all been unfailingly kind, supportive, and so loving to our pup Daisy. They make sure you understand everything they are suggesting for your pet and that you feel very well informed.
Easy to schedule appointment, friendly staff, knowledgeable technician, thorough and expert veterinarian exam. Answered all my questions. Most importantly, my dog was calm and comfortable the entire visit.
