We sincerely apologize that your visit did not go as (you or us) had expected. During the time frame that this was written, we had a relief veterinarian here to cover the shift of our normal doctor. Although, these veterinarians are very well qualified to care for our pets, they aren't as familiar with the protocols of the hospital and can get behind on time while in the process of trying to make sure they do everything to our standard of care. It is also challenging for these vets to take things step wise because they usually are not back in that same hospital to follow up with the next step should that need be there. Therefore it is possible that she/he wanted to make sure they covered all their bases when recommending treatment. As this review was anonymous I don't know all the ins and outs that lead to this review but hope to provide some insight as to what could have happened in this case. Regardless, of the scenario we always strive to provide the highest level of care and give all options to owners to allow them to make an informed decision and work together for what is best for that individual pet. Our goal is always to do this in a timely manner and be respectful of others schedules.

The staff at Loving Family were able to accommodate us to trim our rabbit's nails very last minute. They were welcoming and friendly and we will definitely, be back!
All of the techs and especially Dr. Daub, are very compassionate and it is evident they love their jobs. Even when we see a different tech a few others pop in to say hi to Chloe. It really makes ya feel like part of their family and I know she is well cared for when in their hands.
Facility is top-notch; very clean and nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were wonderful with my pup who was quite anxious when we first arrived. The only negative is they are a little on the pricey side.
Our first visit to Loving Family Animal Hospital was a wonderful experience. Our gauge is our dog, who shakes like a leaf when she goes to the vet and remains scared and anxious to leave the entire time. Not so in this case. She did start out that way, but calmed down very quickly, accepted treats from the staff, and overall seemed ok with being there. That's huge for our pup. My husband and I also liked LFAH, from the warm, homey environment to the doctor, technician, and front desk staff. They were all very friendly and welcoming, and seemed to care very much about providing good care for our girl. A big pat on the back to LFAH and ourselves for choosing them!
