We sincerely apologize that your visit did not go as (you or us) had expected. During the time frame that this was written, we had a relief veterinarian here to cover the shift of our normal doctor. Although, these veterinarians are very well qualified to care for our pets, they aren't as familiar with the protocols of the hospital and can get behind on time while in the process of trying to make sure they do everything to our standard of care. It is also challenging for these vets to take things step wise because they usually are not back in that same hospital to follow up with the next step should that need be there. Therefore it is possible that she/he wanted to make sure they covered all their bases when recommending treatment. As this review was anonymous I don't know all the ins and outs that lead to this review but hope to provide some insight as to what could have happened in this case. Regardless, of the scenario we always strive to provide the highest level of care and give all options to owners to allow them to make an informed decision and work together for what is best for that individual pet. Our goal is always to do this in a timely manner and be respectful of others schedules.

As you all know your journee and I angels that's what you mean to us and when I had come in I had been not only hurting but hurting for me boy I've been pretty depressed more than ever but all of you have been wonderful to me and bless Samantha what a trooper she is to put up with me truly lovely lady she is
We brought my Daughters Holland Lop in for nail trimming and they helped us with underside dirty matted fur under her bum. The techs were very helpful in showing us how better to be able to turn bunny over so that we can work to do a better job at keeping her bum cleaner.
Very reasonable in price and are helpful with working with both myself and my daughter due to my poor hearing.
We also inquired for information on Ellie's being looked at and for possible spading and are in consideration of the info to decide how we want to proceed.
You have been great in helping with my getting my daughter more responsibilities and having to work through the learning of having those responsibilities.

We are extremely pleased with the vet care we receive for Pepper. Dr. Dobb is excellent in her handling of our dog. She and all the assistants are well qualified, friendly and caring. They explain all procedures and recommended meds well. We trust them with the care of our pet. We are always a little taken back at the expense of each of our visits, but assume the prices are comparable to others in the industry.
I do, however, have a complaint with the grooming part of Loving Family. We had made an appointment for a shampoo and blow dry for Pepper over a month ago and when we came to deliver her, they said they had no record of the appointment and were unable to give her the service. They apologized but offered no other solution to work her in before Saturday which was the day we were having a party and wanted her to be clean and pretty. This is not the first time we have had confusion and delays in getting her in for grooming. We understand when unexpected emergencies arise, such as a sick child and the groomer couldn't show but a couple of times we were called and told there was a problem in the booking and we would have to reschedule for another day or even the next week. I do like the groomers very much, they do a good job and are very sweet with Pepper, but I really wish the folks making appointments were more competent in the scheduling.
