The Low Vision Centers of Indiana have four locations throughout Indiana for our patient's convenience. Most of our out-of-state and international patients schedule their visits at the Indianapolis or Fort Wayne locations due to international airports being located there. Please contact the office that is most convenient for you. If you are an out-of-state or international patient, our staff can help you to coordinate your appointment and your travel arrangements.
