Our Addy needed to be sedated for a procedure to remove some epulis and have a cleaning. Although this is apparently routine they could tell I was a bit nervous and they made Addy and I feel very at ease. I got a phone call in the time frame promised to let me know our baby girl was doing great and when we'd be able to pick her up. Even as we picked her up the courtesy continued, from going over aftercare and answering any questions we had and we were still told feel free to call with any questions or concerns. I called within maybe 20 30 minutes of getting home and was still greeted with the same kindness. This was the first time I've seen our baby girl not get freaked out by going to the vet. No barking, no heavy panting, no pacing, just curious head tilts and wiggle butts to the sounds beyond the door that she couldn't investigate.
