My experience is always excellent. Everyone is friendly, remembers my name, offers me something to drink, hangs up my jacket, I find the appointments are well scheduled so that I don't have to wait. Everyone, especially Jamie, who does my hair, is very professional and aims to pease. The salon is attractive and the spirit is upbeat. Only complaint .... those seats are tough when you sit under the dryer!! Wish they'd change them. However that's not enough to turn me away. I'm so glad I found Lunatic Fringe.
