My body is just known to be a giant mess... What transpired over the course of 90 minutes was take a mess and actually create something that wasn't so "Picasso." While I was rather self conscious, Myra did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and relaxed for what was going to be 90 minutes for relaxation and greatness.
