Experience started with paying the deposit for the spa party. I asked for a receipt for the deposit and never received it (this was 2 weeks prior to actual spa party). The day of the spa party, I entered through the front door, the man at check in desk (tall, thin, dark mid-length hair) was inattentive and preoccupied. Once back in the spa area, the ladies were much more accommodating. My massage was in the very first room (by the reception desk). I could hear every conversation - even heard the receptionist calling in our lunch order. Very hard to relax with all of the noisy distraction. Amanda did my facial - it was a pleasant experience, however, she pushed really hard to sell me the Babor facial products. I found this very distasteful and awkward. The manicure and pedicure were fine. Upon check out, I asked for a full, itemized receipt. The lady at the desk (dark hair, gothic look) was unable to print it. I asked her to please email it to me and wrote my email address down for her. I believe she calculated the 20% gratuities incorrectly. Still have not received a receipt as I requested several times.
