I had a full spa package, and enjoyed it
I did feel like the manicurist was kind of annoyed the whole time, acted disgusted by the dust, and did not lotion my hands because she said hers were dirty. It just did not seem very professional. Everyone else was great.

Best massage ever!!!! Very professional and met my needs. Felt a good difference when massage was completed. Will definitely come back.

I rated this business 2 stars because it is a beautiful space, very professional yet fun, upbeat and colorful. However...my massage was not good at all. The pressure was not deep enough, after me telling the therapist they could go deeper, they did not. I signed up for a 90 min deep tissue, and instead got a 90 min oily skin rub that felt more like a lymphatic massage then deep tissue. I exercise a lot and am fairly flexible, and when the therapist was putting me into different positional stretches, it was never far enough or at the right angle. She was not aware enough of what my body needed, it was as though she was just going through the motions and working on me like she didnt really care about how it felt. The therapist was nice, however about an hour into the massage she began talking about how well dressed she was and telling me all about her designer shoes and handbags etc...that is just plain unprofessional and had absolutely no relativity to her giving me a massage. Her massage strokes were very quick and light and did not encompass my whole limb or area of the body she was working on. I felt cheated. And like it was a waste of money. I would possibly be willing to go back again and request to have a man work on me so I could get an actual deep tissue. But not anytime soon.

This local gem is the best kept secret in Lancaster. I have had spa experiences all over the country and Luxe ranks right at the top of my favorites list. The staff is professional, the services offered are top notch AND priced reasonably, and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you step through the spa doors until you return to reality. I'm already planning my return visit!!
