Luxe is where I go when I need some "Me" time. Not only do they offer a variety of services for hair, nails, and skin, but they also know how to set a relaxing atmosphere. I have scoliosis and the daily back pain that goes with it. The pain has however, started to lessen in intensity since I started seeing Janet monthly for a deep tissue massage. This lady is amazing! She can just hone in on the layers of the pain source and work it out. For the first time in many years, I am actually looking forward to the warmer weather so I can once again do the activities I had to stop because of my back issues. Thank you Janet Lambert Smith!

Try this place, you will not be disappointed. Everyone is so nice, and they have a cute boutique to pick up a little something extra for yourself. We don't put ourselves first enough, thank you Luxe for making it easy.

I’ve only been to Luxe twice and I loved both visits. Just being in the sanctuary area before the massage was relaxing and the service was excellent. I really liked my massage therapist Caroline Lewis. Next time I make an appointment I’m going to request her.

I have been going to Luxe ever since my stylist, Susan Fiandach, arrived there from the Purple Door. I have been a client of Sue's for many years and adore her. I have found everyone at Luxe very outgoing, friendly and professional. I know that a variety of services are offered, but I just have my hair colored , cut and styled once a month and am satisfied with that service.

My mother and I had an appt for a manicure for which we arrived 10 minutes early. We were greeted promptly and offered a beverage (non-alcoholic). We waited more than 10 minutes after our appt time to be taken into to start our manicures. It's not like it was busy, there was only one other customer in the place. My nails chipped after 1 day. I heard another technician tell someone that when the polish gets old they put nail polish remover in it to thin it out, maybe this is why it chipped, idk. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. There isn't enough space between manicure stations though, I kept getting bumped into every time the technician behind me got up out of her chair, without an excuse me, btw.

I had my first appointment with Kristin. I say my first appointment because they're definitely will be another and another! She is a very professional experienced hairdresser . What she did was make me look professional and beautiful again. Somehow she turned my purple, gray, blonde, red & black hair Into A very youthful Brown and blonde color. Better yet she saved the integrity of my hair. Unfortunately I was working with a hairdresser in the past who I don't believe was very happy in her position anymore. And somehow she had cut bald spots in my hair. This was from my previous hairdresser. Kristen somehow blended the fatal spot. She is really talented. Kristin, Thank you! Sheri A.

I had a cut and blow out w/Cheryl. She spent a total of 25 minutes for wash, cut and blow dryIII My cut was average at best and the blow out was awful; my hair was still damp when I left! I will never have her again and would not recommend her to anyone.

I always enjoy my monthly cut and color with Sue Fiandach. She not only is an extremely talented stylist and colorist, but she gives each of her customers her undivided attention and makes them feel relaxed with her very positive attitude and easy conversation.

My experience with my optometrist appointment was positive. The exam was thorough and I was provided with sufficient information and advice. My subsequent appointment with the optician was not positive. I was one of two people in the waiting area signed in for help and after the previous customer was served I waited 15 minutes (as the only one there!) before I finally asked the girl at the desk what the delay was. It turns out the optician was just distracted and "didn't notice me"... not a positive start. The subsequent service was decent and I was fitted for glasses I liked and was told the glasses would be back within 2 weeks. After 2.5 weeks with no word on the completion of the glasses I returned to the office and inquired as to whether the glasses were ready. I was told that they had come in but were sent back to the lab for repair, yet I was never informed as to the delay or any re-adjusted expectation for completion.. I guess I am most disappointed because I pay a significant premium ($800+ glasses) for good service along with excellent quality. Falling back on service makes me want to promptly take my optical business elsewhere where I might get better service. If I were to review this based on my experience with the optometrist, I would give it a 10, but as a complete end-to-end business, I'd have to drop my review to a 7.
