The actual appointment with the young man hygienist was good. He did a great job! The concern is that I was called the day before my appointment and told I didn't have insurance. After talking to my husband, who has the plan under his name, he said call Nicki back and tell her to call Delta again and recheck, as this has happened before with my son. When I called Nicki back she said I should call so that I could "hear it for myself". So I called and the lady at Delta said right away that I was insured. When I called back to speak to Nicki I was told that she was about to go to lunch but would call me back at 1:00 after she got back from lunch. She NEVER returned my call, so I had to call back after 3:00 to make sure my appointment was still on for the next day. When I called I was again passed information through a second party from Nicki that I could come in the next day. This, to me, was somewhat unprofessional, as I had to take some time out of my work day to get this resolved. Again, the hygienist and Dentist were great, but lacking in the office professionalism.
