Please get with the times and allow tips on credit cards. This is the only place I've ever heard of such a thing and it is frustrating to forget cash for the stylist. I mean, I tip the waiter at the local pub on my credit card, but I can't tip my professional stylist?

Good hair experience from stylist however, The receptionist could use some quality training. I have been a client now for over 5 years, since i moved from Ohio, previously going to John Michael Salon, who graciously referred me to Matthew Michael-M Salon. The receptionist on Friday, did NOT know how to process my credit card as 'credit'! She entered the amount for services half a dozen times, if not more, not exaggerating. I even stepped aside to allow other customers paying cash to go before me (not being afforded that extra wait time living in Poinciana, with a drive ahead of me). Each transaction prompt came up to enter my pin S#! A-Gain, explaining it was a credit transaction. She told me that I could NOT use the card as credit, that I HAD to enter a PIN. She was asked 2 times to seek assistance, or get her manager, refusing saying they had all left for the day. Then she said to just use another card, however this particular card is provided for salon (hair & nail, etc) used only as credit to #1: receive points and #2: keep track of yearly expenses for these services in my budget. Finally, I entered the card into the chip reader like previous multiple attempts AND when the prompt came on the screen to enter PIN#, I pressed the red X, and WALA, transaction completed. This individual needs expert training in transaction processing as well as Customer Public Relations. I felt like I was being treated as a 'senile' person perhaps from a nursing home who did not have all my faculties. Quite honestly, M Salon is wonderful, don't want to leave and seek out another salon, just recommending the front desk people get better training for the future. If this girl is at the desk on my reoccurring appointment every 4-weeks, I will politely ask someone else to take care of my business. When you spend $175-200, every 4 to 5 weeks with the same Business, should one not expect better treatment?!?

The entire first experience was a 5 star. The atmosphere was relaxing from the start with the fruit infused water, lighting, music and vibe which was relaxed not frenetic and loud like many I have experienced. Neyshabur is friendly and above all, talented. I asked for the botanical conditioning and was so happy with the ambience of the shampoo, conditioning room. I love my cut. Neesha did a fantastic job. Thanks! I will be back.

I am sorry but the cut was WAY BELOW our last visit. When told that we were Disney Cast I was told that I was being upgraded, But to WHAT??? The Cut was LONG. My Pet acted funny when I retrieved him. When I dropped him off I purposely stated that he was my anxiety pet and I was his anxiety owner, that we calmed each other down. I dropped him 30 minutes before his appointment time and stated that I would be waiting in my vehicle and would not drive home. The reception person made it clear that there were 1 animal in front of mine to which I accepted. Over 2 hours later I went into the store, still waiting a telephone, and retrieved my buddy. It is not the same person cutting the hair as before and as previously stated, I don't like it as well and will go to another place the next time time services are needed or are a recommendation is needed. It's not worth the money and the time. I had also sent 2 emails prior, to see about pricing and never did get a firm price email returned.
