I received a reminder notice that my two dogs were due for their necessary vaccinations. I'm glad that they reminded me since I had forgotten about it. The staff are very nice and they took care of my dogs well.

Brought dog in for vaccinations and was in and out of office quickly. Front desk staff is outstanding and always provides great customer service with smiles.

Dr. Kay and his staff are kind caring and professional. They understand just exactly what my 15 year old Tiffany means to me and have done everything possible to help me keep her healthy and happy.

First off, I forgot an appointment at 9 a.m. on last Thursday. They called sometime later when I explained that I had just forgotten it. They were very kind in their comments on my senior moment and rescheduled for 10:30 the same day. Staff as I've said before are exceptional. Dr. Kay is thorough and very straightforward regarding my pet. As I've said before in one of my reviews, his fees seem somewhat high but what do I know. I haven't gone to another vet in 20 years but am only comparing what my friends tell me. I'm happy with his services and don't plan to go anywhere else. I always come away feeling great about my experiences there and I would highly recommend Dr. Kay to anyone.

My Pal Lucas is my furever friend and they take great care of him. All staff is very nice and give quality one on one care you need for your friend. I look forward to have them take care of my pal when I can't take the pain away.
