We are sorry to hear of the miscommunication. After you walked back in yesterday, we did notify you that since the old crowns were placed in a sealed container with other old crowns, they did need to be sterilized to keep you safe. As per our conversation yesterday, we do have them ready for you up front to get at your convenience.
