Asked for a bob and showed the lady how long I wanted it. Also asked for bangs just below my eyebrows.

Ended up with super short cut Just below my earlobe and bangs 1/2 “ above my eyebrows. I have to wear a hat or comb my bangs back and put a hair clip. Thought this sounded like a nice salon since I am new to the area. I will never go back. Horrible!!! She obviously wasn’t listening to me. I shouldn’t have closed my eyes but after she cut the left side of my hair, I assumed she knew what she was doing.

My experience at Madison Ave Salon & Day Spa was excellent, a 5-star rating. My stylist, Becky, was friendly, skilled, and gave great attention to detail, making sure I was perfectly satisfied with my hair cut. Kim, at the front desk, was friendly and very helpful. Great customer service all around.
