These guys are absolute masters! I'm never going anywhere else and next time I have an issue with my computer, I'm not going to hesitate to call them. My computer was pretty much dead... It would only boot up in the BIOS screen. I saved a good thousands dollars by calling PCHelpForce! They just replaced the hard drive and I was up and running again. I could NOT have done that on my own. And the money I spent on a new hard drive was nothing compared to what I would have spent on a new gaming laptop. I also liked how he was up front about it. He didn't charge anything until he knew that would fix the problem. So... fair, honest, and (by the way) EARLY for our appointment? Why would I ever go anywhere else? P. S. I waited to post a review until I actually used my laptop for a few weeks. I completely stand by what I wrote the day I got my laptop back.
