My experience with Magnolia Heating was extraordinary. I Live in San Francisco and have a rental in Moreno Valley. On Friday 12/22 at 11am I was notified by the tenant that the heater was not working, and the gas had been turned off. (She had called another furnace company to determine the problem. She called me with that company's telephone number and job#. I called. They did not have the job#...just prior to the woman wanting to put me on hold, I asked where she was located. She said Columbia!!!! I hung up) I found Magnolia heating on the internet. Tyler told me that Bobby would go out to the house. Within an hour, Bobby sent me photos, called me, and we agreed on the price for a new unit. The work was scheduled for Tuesday 12/26. Bobby said he would bring some space heaters out to the house. Then, shortly after that call, he called again to say that he spoke with his boss and got permission for the installation to be done the following day, Saturday 12/23. I was so grateful! Bobby contacted the tenant and arranged the time for installation. By noon the following day the work was done. Oh! Bobby also had to drive to Anaheim on the Friday of the holiday weekend to pick up the unit before 5pm. I researched and found out it was a 48 mile trip each way! The tenant's call came in at 11am on Friday. By 2pm Bobby had provided me with everything I needed to know.I also had contact with Dawn in the office to finalize the contract and payment. She was well informed when she called me, and I appreciated her organizational skills.In my book, Magnolia Heating and Cooling provided amazing customer service, and I highly recommend them...I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!
