After interviewing representatives from other companies, we met Bobby of Magnolia Heating and Cooling and we finally began to feel like we could handle the challenge of buying a new central heating and cooling system for our home. Bobby immediately set us at ease with his friendly, no-pressure personality. He patiently answered our many, many questions until we felt educated enough to select a replacement system that would fit our circumstances and our budget. We were definitely lucky to have met Bobby!
We decided on a Daikin all-electric central heating and cooling system with an intelligent thermostat. Then we realized that any heating and cooling system is only as good as its installation. We need not have worried about that because Magnolia's project managers, Steve and Mike, brought their A-team of experts with them and our system was professionally installed and up and running by the end of the install day. And the Magnolia technicians were expert in so many fields. They knew about demolition and carpentry, electrical and gas lines, humidity, leveling, and even the programming of the new style thermostats. We saw that there is a lot to installing a new system and, in our case, they were setting up an all-electric system in an old, two-story house that previously had a natural gas system. It was quite an experience to watch them work. Steve and Mike kept us informed throughout the install process and all the technicians were super courteous and mindful of our health and safety at all times. They left the work areas clean and took all of the install debris with them. Thank you Installation Team!
We feel that selecting the Daikin system has turned out to be a good choice. But, up and beyond that, we are positive that selecting Magnolia Heating & Cooling was absolutely the right decision for us to make.
