Wanted to use groupon for oil change..called ahead of time to make appt ..gave make and model of car and informed rep of my wanting free oil change . Informed rep of my cars model and fact that it was turbo and it was fine , included in free coupon...Not until I arrived after driving 30 min to get there did they inform me that my saabs oil change wich they knew needed synthetic would cost me upwards of $100+ possibly ..(even after coupon value of 39.99 )

Horrible service! bent my hood piece and LIED about it, left radiator cap loose which caused car to overheat and spray antifreeze everywhere. They also left the original part they replaced on my motor! Could have caused serious damage!! So deeply offended by this company and the work they do!

When the shop had my car, I received a call saying my car desperately needed to have 2 belts replaced, and it needed brake fluid flushed, for a total price of $380. I was also told that at my next oil change I needed new brakes. I declined the service, and called American Auto Clinic, where I have always received good service, and asked how much they would charge for the same service. Their cost to replace 3 belts (rather than 2), and a flush, was $160. So, I took my car to AAC, and was told the belts were fine, but my brakes were really bad and needed to be replaced. New rear brakes, shoes and drums, plus a flush cost me $380. So, just be careful when using this coupon, don't fall for the additional services needed without checking things out. I have to say it was great to have my car picked up and returned to my house. But, I will not go back. I don't feel I could trust them to be honest with me.

I've never gotten a car wash with an oil change before! I was pleased with the work and the detailed inspection of my vehicle which uncovered a problem I didn't know about. Hopefully, my car's warranty will cover the "front of the house" could have been better. A nice greeting, maybe the offer of water or coffee while you wait, information about what was going to take place, etc. I felt like I was left hanging after I checked the car in. I wasn't even told to go sit in the waiting area.

All was well except on item. When I left in my Z3 and got on I-40 East my first lane change to the left almost cost me dearly. As I started the lane change I looked in my rearview side mirror and and cockpit rearview mirror only to find out that the position had been changed by the driver during the "test drive." Someone, some time, will pay dearly for this. Please don't change our personal mirror settings - or change them back - or mention it to the customer so we can reset them.
