My primary complaint is that I requested a 3-year rabies shot for my dog, and was told he would get that. I noticed after I left that he had been given only a 1-year. This has happened in the past several times. Also, I had called to make an appointment with Dr. Mark, taking an less convenient time for that reason, then getting another Dr. with no explanation. The positive: even though it was late in the day, I did not have to wait.

Dr Mark is great with all my pets and helps me as an owner understand best care for them.

I love this place! The vets are extremely patient and helpful. I also love that you can just walk in unless you are needing some type of surgery or something more invasive for your pet. Most of the staff is friendly and compassionate despite a couple bad apples at the front desk.

We have been going to Mallard Point for a few years now and we absolutely love them. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming, the vets are awesome and always make our fur babies feel comfortable. The prices are reasonable and they price match. Overall great place to take your pets for any and all medical reason

Dr Mark is great, which is why we continue to come here with our pets. The office staff could be better. Maybe they need more training. Mentioned to staff member when we checked in at the front desk that we needed copies of immunization records as our pet will be starting training. When we were brought into one of the rooms waiting for the doctor, mentioned again to the staff member that we needed copies of immunization records. Checking out paid our bill and had to ask for a third time copies of the records. First staff member stated records were on our invoice, but showed them that the invoice only shows upcoming reminders for immunizations. Second staff member said they would copy the records from the file folder. Finally a third staff member figured out how to generate a report from the system showing history for our pet.

Our experience is always good when we are there. Dr Mark is awesome and is very caring and compassionate and would do everything he could for your pet.

I speak highly of this Clinic. It has been a great experience. I am glad that I was recommended this clinic by my dear friend. Making an appointment was quick and easy and once I got to the clinic I was kindly welcomed. The doctor was very kind and the other people as well.

Back on March 4 we were to board our dog for the day. We planned to drop the dog off as we left town. When I got to Mallard Point, I was told that they were not boarding any dogs at that time. I asked why I was not called about this and they told me that my name was not on the list. I called twice, once to set up the boarding and second time when i had a question on the hours I could pick up on Sunday.

I understood the not boarding at that time due t a concern about health issues but do not understand why my name was not on the list especially when i called twice. When I make a reservation to board my dog next time I expect the reservation to be written down or I will find a new vet.
