Always the best care. From the moment you walk in-the folks at reception are wonderful-to the exam room you could not ask for more for your cats. Dr Sheheri is beyond compare. She is whip smart and compassionate. The vet techs are great. Gil and Gina are cat whisperers. I couldn't ask for better care.

My cat had to go in for a dental cleaning and ended up needing a lot more work. I felt like everyone at MCS was really clear about those expectations from the beginning when I set the appointment, and we didn't feel pressured about it - we got an initial in-person review and explanation for any expected extractions and a call the day of the appointment to update and confirm exactly what was needed. Even though we left our cat in their care for the whole day, I felt very comfortable since I know everyone on staff cares about doing their job well and it shows in how they treat the cats that come in and how they speak to and work with their owners. They are friendly, professional and clear, and I am so glad we found MCS.

All staff at Manhattan Cat Specialist are the very best.. Receptionists are lovely, helpful and professional. Technician was so helpful and pleasant. Dr Shereri provided caring, intelligent, state of the art treatment to my Luna.. People are not at their best when their pets are sick..It means alot to have such a positive experience..

Very reassuring to both Bella and Me to have worked with Dr. Hansen; she was really thorough and also easy to talk to, and I felt confident that she knew her stuff. There is a vet across the street from me but I travel all the way up and across town to this office because I want the best for Bella and the other cats.

Dr. Hansen is very knowledgable, professional, hands-on, friendly and compassionate. She doesn't rush visits and really listens to us. She truly cares about our cat's well-being and we trust her judgment and value her opinion. We will defintiely continue seeing her and hope she continues to work out of the NYC location.
