Every experience I have had at Maplebrook Pet Care Center has been unlike any other vet I have taken my pets to in the past. I am so thankful that I found Maplebrook and switched my pets care. They are so patient, and really care about teaching my pets that the vet is not a bad place to come to. They also take the time to answer all my questions, even if unrelated to the original purpose of the appointment, and have never made me feel rushed. They are so understanding, and have never made me feel bad about a problem my pet has, like some vets have in the past. They also highlight my pets strengths and positive qualities, which always makes me feel good! I actually look forward to taking my pet here, because I always leave feeling relieved and optimistic about my pets health, rather than embarrassed and disappointed as I have felt when leaving other vets.

Everyone there is always so pleasant!
I stopped in to see if they could do a nail trim on my dog before we left for the w/e; they were so nice, they took him in and gave him a treat when he was done!

It's completely worth a 25 minute drive to one of the best, friendliest vet offices I've ever been too. Every single person is friendly and you can feel thier joyful energy when they see your fur baby. All vet techs and doctors we've been with during Ember's appointments have shown such care and love, clearly love animals and it's what they do!! After a previous bad experience at a different clinic closer to home where the tech was very rough with my senior cat, practically pushing down hard on his hind legs simply trying to give him a shot- I never wanted to go near that one clinic again. I swear it caused him mobility issues thereafter... This was the key thing I looked for in the first visit to Maplebrook and it's wonderful to see these professionals are able to give pets shots and draw blood and things, WITH CARE! And cost seems very reasonable too, they work with you and have Care Credit has an option. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I love the energy, people and how they interact with my fur baby. It's a win-win!

The team at Maplebrook Pet Care Center is amazing! I have been out of town for a few days. My house sitting called and let me know that one of my pups was sick after counter surfing and eating some enchiladas. When I called and talked with Tessa she stayed very calm and reassured me that my little lady could be dropped offf for the doctorto look at her. Dr Kristina assessed her and gave me some piece of mind while I was away that my fur baby would be back to normal in no time. I want to thank the entire Maplebrook team for taking such good care of all my fur babies. I guess I need to now make the Maplebrook team some of my enchiladas to repay them. You can not find any better care then here. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
