Every experience I have had at Maplebrook Pet Care Center has been unlike any other vet I have taken my pets to in the past. I am so thankful that I found Maplebrook and switched my pets care. They are so patient, and really care about teaching my pets that the vet is not a bad place to come to. They also take the time to answer all my questions, even if unrelated to the original purpose of the appointment, and have never made me feel rushed. They are so understanding, and have never made me feel bad about a problem my pet has, like some vets have in the past. They also highlight my pets strengths and positive qualities, which always makes me feel good! I actually look forward to taking my pet here, because I always leave feeling relieved and optimistic about my pets health, rather than embarrassed and disappointed as I have felt when leaving other vets.

Dr AJ and all of the nurses are incredible. They genuinely care about the animals and help owners understand what exactly is happening or needed for their pet. They always have excellent customer service, professionalism, and care.

Office staff are awesome, the dr was very thorough with the exam. We feel very comfortable bringing our French Bulldog to Maplebrook.

I love this office! I get prompt feedback and follow up on my fur babies. The staff is so welcoming and obviously cares for them and about them. They explain all things so it's easy to understand.

The process was so quick and easy. I've never had a vet that offers "drop in" appointments. It worked perfectly, as usually I don't have time to sit and wait. They took my dog for the full day and I got a call with a thorough explanation once Dr. AJ was finished. Knowing the estimated price before was also great so there were no surprises. Dr. AJ also requested photos prior to the appointment, which I thought was great as well! Overall, it was a great experience!

I came in with my daughter and her cat, Fleur, and the entire process was fabulous! Both Anna and Dr. Martins were amazing and we felt at ease right away and knew we were in a good place.
Because of this, I cannot recommend Maplebrook Pet Care Center enough!
