I purchased a voucher for Xrays, cleaning and oral exam. Perhaps the dentist was confused. When he came in the treatment room, he told me he couldn't help me. At any rate I was very impolite and wish I had not been. I'm guessing he was going to try to upsell and it didn't work out. Claims he was going to refund my money. We'll see!
As I promised you when you so abruptly and rudely left the office, I immediately contacted the company that sold you the voucher to refund you the money. As you were aware, you know that the coupon was not for the services you needed.
As a dental professional it is my job to correctly diagnose and treatment plan your situation to re-establish or maintain your oral health. many patients view this as an upsale and many understand that due to their neglect more work than just a regular cleaning needs to be done. I am dissapointed that even though you mentioned you were impolite as I told you of your condition, you still went ahead and gave the office such a low rating and review.
I am still doing what I promised, making sure you get your refund. I would hope you would be more considerate the next time you walk into a health professionals office and start insulting every person in the office.
I promise you, things will not change at our office as I pride myself in making sure the patients understand the why they are being educated and understand the need for dental treatment.
