Initially I was very pleased with the quick response to quote my bathroom tile and Jim was a pleasure to deal with. After the work was done, I pointed out and emailed a few pictures of where the grout paint was missed, especially around the toilet which is visible immediately upon walking into the bathroom. There was one attempt to come back and fix, it was the next day at 7:00am, which was not going to work for me......so MarbleLife was never again available to come out. So I asked them to send the grout paint and I would fix the areas myself. Never got it....called again and was told they were mailing it for the second time......never got it. Now they will not even return my calls or answer the phone when I call. Very profession don you think? I will visit my post office this morning and find out what happens to lost packages to see if I can find them.....but Marblelife could/should have tried UPS or certified mail to make sure I received the paint. Heck, tell me what kind of grout paint and filler was used and I'll go buy it myself somewhere. Here is a lesson to all....do not write a check for any service you are having done.....use a charge card so you can initiate a complaint and recall the payment.
