My appointment took an unreasonably long time. I was in your office for TWO HOURS. Intern who was charged with examining me was clearly not qualified and needs training. I do not come to your office to be treated by unqualified practitioners who waste my time. I've been a client for about 30 years. I expect far better and more efficient care than I received yesterday.

We are so sorry you had an experience which was not 5 stars. We are a small business and as such are experiencing the same delays as other small businesses. Staffing is a challenge in a very technical health care facility. We continue to strive to provide the best eye care available even under less than best conditions. This may have increased your office time. I apologize for the complications of business during Covid.
