Here we go again!! This place and every location sucks with scheduling and does not mind inconveniencing others. Every single appointment we've had there has been a problem. We are a family of 5 so of course everybody's scheduling and needs are different but this is something I've never experienced. I switched here to accommodate my family including myself. After the last review, they called to apologize and try to fix the problem(in which I thought it was fixed), only to run into the same problem again. This place is a joke. They keep rescheduling us, then rescheduling again once the appointment day comes. Today 04/23 my son and I we're scheduled at a different location where the hygienist was supposed to be. We get to the Cecelia location and the girl says we called to reschedule because the hygienist is out. When asked when did they call they gave me the same line as they did once before all the way down to the time and said it was documented, like that's proof that it was actually done. She said we called you Friday and left a message. What's the odds of having called 3 different numbers on file and none have missed calls or voicemail from them. But it's documented, right? You called Friday to reschedule an appointment that was Tuesday but you saw neither of the patients with 2 different numbers never called back, and didn't think to try again considering the appointments were still scheduled which is why we were getting text up until the time of the appointment. Bottom line is nobody called and she couldn't even tell me what number she left the voicemail on. We get there(the St. Cecelia), from the Westbank, at 8:40 for our 9 o clock appointment and they tell us they called us. We walked in and wasn't acknowledged because the receptionist was on the phone having a conversation that sounded personal to us, only to be turned around. Didn't ask if we wanted to reschedule or anything. Did I mention they don't answer the phone. So even had they called or even left a voicemail we wouldn't have gotten through anyway. I called the Carrollton location who originally gave me the appointment and asked for the manager and was told she wasn't available so I went over there. I get there and the hygienist is there and not the location we were originally scheduled at. When asked why she scheduled us knowing the hygienist wasn't going to be there she said because she floats from location to location. Then why schedule us somewhere you know they weren't going to be? They did the same thing to my other 2 kids but they actually called us the day before to tell us to come to the Carrollton location because the hygienist was going to be there. At the Carrollton location, (it's 9 oclock at this time) the front office supervisor offered us to sit and wait until 10 to see if the 10 o clock cancels but if they didn't cancel we would have to leave after waiting almost an hour to see if the 10 o clock shows up or cancel. What a waste of time and inconvenience this has been. She did try to reschedule us for Friday even though the hygienist was backed up until July( go figure),but I wasn't taking another chance to be rescheduled and waste my time again. My family and I will not be returning.Read More …
