Long waits. Also, someone (no one introduces themselves) made an appt for me when I left. Someone called me to check on my kitten and I said I was going there the next day. She said my appt was NEVER made and she gave me the time that I was supposed to be scheduled for. If she never called I would have went there for nothing.
