I got in and out of seeing the doctor fairly quickly but it seemed to take forever to get glasses ordered. There was only one person in front of me. It should not have taken 1 hour and 50 minutes to get an eye exam and order a standard pair of glasses.

I think having to spend nearly $350 for 2 pr of lenses only (not frames) is entirely too high and that's with vision insurance. My husband got lenses only a couple weeks ago and they were $167 with insurance. There is a huge markup on frames. Think there is on the lenses too. My opinion.

Very nice employees and doctor. However, access to this business, entering and leaving and parking is very unacceptable. I have to use a rollator. I cannot walk very long distances. Parking in the back, and walking around is unacceptable for handicap patients. Then trying to get in and out the doors was a nightmare. There is hardly any room for the door to open toward you, plus my walker and trying to get out the door. I do not know how a person on a wheelchair could manage this. While I was there, there were 2 other patients with a cane. Now the other issue, is the distance you have to walk to get to the rooms. I will not be back due to these reasons. I usually am at Flora location but had an emergency. Please take in asap consideration for a new place. I do not understand how this building passes Handicap Accessibility laws.
