I had a nightmare experience with a local dentist prior to finding Dr. Chao. I've always been a little scared and nervous to have my teeth worked on. I LOVE my dentist, I really really do! This is gentle dentistry AT IT'S BEST. Dr Chao is so kind, he always tries to make it a pain-free experience for me. His wife Joy assists him quite often and she is such a beautiful sweet person. They are both caring and compassionate. They always make sure that I'm still doing ok, checking if I need a break or a rest. Dr Chao always answers all of my questions and takes that extra time for me if I need. He and his staff members are all very professional, as well as personable. I've never really had good experiences with the dental profession and it's so wonderful to find someone I can trust and be assured that they will do their best for me and little by little, I'm not so afraid to smile.
