It was really annoying the need to change my schedule service, due to the workload Markatos has during this week. I've been using Markatos services for more than a year, and I feel the customer service has been decreased. The cleaning crew is good, namely the supervisor Adrienne, although there is always new team members in training process.
On this last visit, it was requested to have a punctual service starting at 9 and finishing at 11, due to a previous commitment. The service took 3 hours, as only 2 people came for the cleaning. This caused me to cancel my appointment. It is important to mention, the service was performed in a different day at request of Markatos.
