After 15 years of coming to this office, my daughter's visit on 4-22-14 was a disappointing one. We bought a 1 year plan for her but she had to pay for this 2nd cleaning because plan expired last month.

Dr. Knight's office offers an in-office dental plan that covers our patients for 1 year which includes 2 dental cleanings per year. The plan expires after 1 year. This is a low maintenance plan that helps our patients that are not covered by dental insurance.
We ask that you use both cleanings within the year without staff members having to send cards and make phone calls to ensure this is done. Normally it operates on a USE it Or lose it basis--However exceptions can always be made--Please except our apologies that Maressa was not given this exception--I have adjusted her account to reflect the credit. October her plan will be eligible for renewal just keep in mind we encourage routine cleanings every 6 months. Sorry for the way this was handled --We are dealing with a lot of trial and error on this great plan-I hope you are pleased with it in the future. Sincerely Gina
