About
Dr. Rod Kack was born in Seattle, Washington. He attended the University of Washington and went on to complete his medical training at St. Louis University.
Dr. Marilyn Righetti was born and raised in Castro Valley, California. She attended St. Mary's College and went on to complete her medical training at the University of Maryland.
Together they completed their residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, Irvine. After a decade of practice in California they moved with their family to Idaho.
Dr. Kack and Dr. Righetti have an active practice in Head and Neck Surgery and strive to achieve the best aesthetic results for their patients. They have a longstanding interest in the use of lasers in medicine and have the largest selection of aesthetic lasers in Idaho.
The Marod Medical Spa is the culmination of their dream to offer professional asthetic medical services in a beautiful, relaxed setting. We welcome you on behalf of ourselves and our staff!

My visits at Marod Spa are always an excellent experience. My appointment this time started at 10:30, had pedicure, Vbeam and Trusculpt treatments and was finished by 12:30. Amazing! The team is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.........all at the same time. Rare to find.
It's comforting to know that there are two Doctors on board full-time,, both Ears Nose and Throat doctors and one is also a plastic surgeon. They own Marod Spa and the Medical Clinic right next door to the spa. Very convenient for those questionable skincare issues that only a Doctor can diagnose.
I trust Marod Spa explicitly with all my skin care needs and will continue to go to them for years to come!
