Staff and vets are very personable and willing to help you take better care of your pet. MHAH took my dog in immediately whereas our regular vets would not even see her despite her frightening symptoms (vomiting red blood) on a late Sat night.
So, we now have a new vet, a great improvement over our prior vet. Vets and staff are very knowledgeable but they take time to listen to owners. They do not use a lot of medical jargon, shoot straight, and definitely know pet medicine. MHAH has a nice bright waiting area, attractive and comfortable seating, and clean exam rooms; no smelly PineSol or other cleaners that smell like a truck stop men's restroom.
I highly recommend MHAH and caution others to check with your current vet to learn if and how your vet handles emergencies on a late Sat night.
