I was a new patient but I was having an emergency and they got me in the same day I called. Everyone was very nice. I was seen on time. Dr. Sheng took the time to understand my fears, he presented options in a non-aggressive but thorough way and I did not feel judged for the problems I am having. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
