I would not recommend this salon. This was one of the worst experiences and the worst hair cut I have ever had. I had to go to another salon to get the mess corrected. Awful! Rometrics Salon & Spa in Westlake is an amazing little place that provided top-shelf services with terrific stylist & technicians without the big spa feel of just being a "number" hustled through your services. I started going there many..many years ago for massage and that led to getting nails (Manicures and Pedicures), Hair and Make-up done. Always leaving there no matter the service or services, feeling like a million bucks. Owner Sherry has high expectations of her staff and they shine through each and every time. I believe the best element of Rometric's is that while I definitely have my go to's for Nail Services (Lindsay), Hair Services (Lindsay, Carla, Tracey) and Massage (Leslie) it feels great that if they are not available that I can go to any one of the other gals there for services without reservation of the quality of services I will get. Megan (Nail Services), Katie, LT (Hair Services) are also wonderful in taking great care of me and the services I am looking to get. Other staffers Jane & Donna always take the time to stop and say hello when visiting salon. One other great thing is that if I call at last minute and can't get in, the receptionist staff of Kayla and the other gals always put me on a cancellation list in case of any openings and I would say in most cases it all works out with my very busy schedule.
