One of the front office staff was very pleasant and the others are rude and standoffish. Good morning, is not apart of their morning language, but use how can I help you, after they finish their personal conversation. They provide a appointment ti.e, but patients still have to wait 45 minutes are more befo6your name to called. I was told they do not call patients, to inform them dental pickup are ready for pick. Once there you can still have a movie than 30 minutes wait. There is no sign on the door to wear masks, and the front office do not wear masks Payment for services are collected up front before your return visit to pickup dental work. It very unpleasant services
